Rebel is a collie x male, just over a year old. He is well mannered and will come to call, sit and give the paw.

He was re-homed as a pup but returned to the ISPCA as his owners circumstances changed. He is getting kennel stressed and desperately needs a new home as soon as possible.

He will make a good and loyal companion to anyone who is willing to give him a chance.
